TRADEMARKS – Drafting and filing of trademark applications for registration of the trademark in respect of goods and services, convention applications, renewals, drafting and filing of oppositions before the Trade Mark Registry, counter statements, affidavits, filing of appeals before the Appellate Board, Filing of Rectifications etc. |
| B. DESIGN – Filing of Design applications, renewals, filing of cancellations petitions etc |
| C. COPYRIGHT – Filing of applications for registration of copyright in respect of artistic work, literary work, musical work etc, filing of rectification petitions before the Copyright Board. |
| D. PATENTS – Filing of Patent application, PCT applications, filing of oppositions, drafting of Patents, attending the hearing time and again in the Patent Office. |
| 2. INTELLIGENCE, DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION – |
| We are involved in the detection of violation of norms at various stages of purchase, production and distribution, detection of and action against duplicate and counterfeit products, detection and neutralization of nexus between various employees and associates in the distribution network and the counterfeit trade. After the detection of the disruptive activities as mentioned herein above we also conduct raids at an all India basis through highly professional persons and further assist in getting FIRS registered and the counterfeit products seized. After assisting the client in getting the raids executed we also assist in taking Judicial action. |
| 3. ENFORCEMENT AND JUDICIAL ACTION – |
| We offer services in the form of Judicial action. Judicial action includes filing of civil and criminal cases. |
A. Civil Action – We assist the client in filing civil cases in the District Court and the High Court. We have in-house and associated eminent and intellectual advocates at an all India basis who appear before District Court, High Court and Supreme Court. As and when an infringer violates the client’s intellectual property rights, relief can be sought in the form of permanent injunction and damages. Courts are now also inclined in giving exemplary damages. |
B. Criminal Action - We also assist the client in filing criminal complaints before the court as well as complaints before the police. In case there are unidentified spurious products in the market we assist the client in filing criminal complaints against unknown persons and then take general search and seizure warrants. After obtaining the said warrants from the court we assist the client in executing the warrants and further conduct raids with the assistance of the police. Crisis Management Solutions work on an All India basis and assist the client in filing criminal complaint and complaints before the police in any part of India where the counterfeit and spurious goods are apprehended or found . |
